Terms and Conditions

By doing business with Simply Clean Space, you agree to the terms and conditions below: 


Service Guarantee: 

  • We anticipate that you will be pleased with the finished product that Simply Clean Space has provided. In the event that you are not satisfied with the received service, please contact info@simplycleanspace.com within 24-hours of your service and we will return to get your space to your standards. We do not offer refunds. 


Preparing for your Cleaning Service: 


Clutter: 

  • Please take some time to declutter your space before your cleaning. We are happy to declutter for you if you don't mind the add in fee for time to the service. 

Pets: 

  • We are a pet friendly company and love your pets. For their safety and that of our Team, insure that your pets are in a safe restrained space in their safe space. 


Access to your home: 

  • Lockbox/ Realtor lock: A combination and location to the lockbox must be provided  24-hrs prior to your service either by phone (201)622-2205 or by email to info@simplycleanspace.com
  • Concierge: You may leave a key with your building concierge and we will return the key once your service has been completed. This transaction will be documented with date and time. 
  • KeyFob: We are happy to safeguard your key in our company safe. We will distribute it to the team on the date of service and will return it to the safe on the same day.


Cancellation and Reschedule: 

  • It is our pleasure to serve you and our Team. However in the unlikely event that you have to cancel or reschedule, you can do so with 48-hour email notification to info@simpliycleanspace.com 
  • We value our team members and their time. If your cancellation takes place on the day of your service, you will be charged for your quoted rate for a standard clean, deep clean or move in/out clean. 
  • We appreciate your business and your time. Should you cancel a rescheduled appointment you will incur a 50% charge of your quoted rate.


Payment: 

Payment is due in full on the day of your service. If you have not paid for the service rendered within 7-days, we will charge your card on file. 



Return and Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the outcome of the service provided, we will gladly return within a reasonable amount of time to make it right for you. Our team takes pride in their work and we offer a guarantee on our service, we do not offer refunds. 


Did we miss a spot? 

  • Contact us within 24-hours of your service via email and we will return to get the space to your standards


Not in town? 

  • Not a problem. We will provide you with photos of the finished product of your space.
